COMMON INDIVIDUAL ISSUES

  • Anxiety- Worried, fearful, or anxious thoughts are making your life challenging, keeping you from doing the things you want. Worried about what others think and have a hard time connecting with others.

  • Depression- Life feels hard; you don’t do the things that used to please you, you have negative thoughts, it is hard to perform at work, and you feel like a burden at home.

  • Shame- you feel there’s something wrong with you, it feels like something deep within you isn’t right, you’re not good enough, limiting self-talk often circles in your mind.

  • Past hurts/ Difficult childhood- you need a place to sort out the confusion of what happened and how it’s affecting you and your relationships now.

  • Trauma- It’s hard to think about; memories or dreams haunt you, your trauma has other symptoms like addiction or avoidance, and you feel shut off and afraid to be vulnerable.

  • Loss and Grief- The pain of grieving the loss of a loved one can be unbearable and hard to put words to. Anger, Sadness, and Disbelief are often all too familiar, and you need to sit with someone who understands.

  • Faith and spiritual Issues- You need to process your issues with a foundation of faith. Connecting with God is hard, and you don’t know why. You’re angry with Him because of what’s happened in life.
